Hand Pallet Trucks is where BT's production got started and to date more than 2 million hand pallet trucks have been delivered. BT is one of the world's leading manufacturers and offers a wide range of hand trucks for various types of handling applications up to 3,000 kg, as well as manual and electric high lifters and stackers.

W-series The BT Staxio HWE100 is a compact yet versatile walk-with stacker that can also function as a pallet truck, order picker and adjustable worktable. Its easy-to-use controls, ergonomic steering, and maintenance-free batteries with built-in charger are suitable for operators with all levels of experience.

The walk-with stacker features the unique BT Castorlink system with Castor wheels that rotate within the truck’s body profile for smooth operation and added protection of the operator and load.

The BT Staxio HWE100S offers the same features as the HWE100 but also has straddle arms for handling different pallet sizes. Both models have a load capacity of 1000 kg.

W-series The BT Staxio SWE120 and SWE140 powered stackers are a part of the complete BT Staxio W-series for walkie applications. BT Staxio stackers are compact, easy-to-use and equipped with efficient AC drive motors and the BT Powerdrive System.

The walk-with stacker has a load capacity of 1200 kg and the SWE140, 1400 kg. Both models are available with Duplex Tele Panoramic view and Duplex and Triplex Hi-Lo masts, with a maximum lift height of 4500 mm for the SWE120 and 4750 mm for the SWE140. The SWE120 is also available with Simplex and Duplex masts.

The BT Staxio SWE120 and SWE140 are intended medium to highly intensive stacking, including pallet transport and stacking in warehouses, industry/manufacturing and retail premises.

An optional spring-loaded driver platform improves productivity when handling goods over longer distances.

BT Ixion SPE125 and SPE125L powered stackers are built for stacking and horizontal transport applications in stores, factories and similar operations.

The SPE125 has fixed support arms and wrap-over forks for handling open pallets such as Europallets. The SPE125L stacker has elevating support arms for enhanced usability on ramps, gradients and uneven surfaces.

These stackers offer lift heights up to 5400 mm and load capacities of 1250 kg. Both stackers deliver excellent driving performance, with BT Powerdrive and BT Powertrak providing excellent stability and unrivalled traction on rough or uneven surfaces. The BT Sensi-lift function delivers precise and intuitive control of lift and lowering speeds.

BT Staxio SPE160 and SPE160L ride-on stackers are built for stacking and horizontal transport applications in stores, factories and similar operations.

The SPE160 stacker has fixed support arms and wrap-over forks for handling open pallets such as Europallets. The SPE160L stacker has elevating support arms for enhanced usability on ramps, gradients and uneven surfaces.

These powered stackers offer lift heights up to 5400 mm and load capacities of 1600 kg. Both models deliver excellent driving performance, with BT Powerdrive and BT Powertrak providing excellent stability and unrivalled traction on rough or uneven surfaces. S-series The BT Staxio SSE stand-in stacker range has been developed for applications where is preferable for operators to work in a fully enclosed, ergonomic cab while maintaining a standing position for speed and flexibility. 360° steering allows optimal manoeuvrability, and performance specifications can be programmed to suit the needs of each driver and application.

The four powered stackers, two with fixed support arms (SSE135 and SSE160) and two with elevating support arms (SSE135L and SSE160L), offer lift heights up to 6300 mm. Load capacities of 1350 kg and 1600 kg are available.

For stackers with elevating support arms, double pallet handling is possible with lift heights up to 1500 mm. The load capacity is 675 kg + 675 kg for the SSE135L and 800 kg + 800 kg for SSE160L.

R-series BT Staxio SRE 135/L seated stackers are ideally suited for very intensive stacking operations. The clear view mast and overhead guard provide safe load handling at all heights, while the spacious, ergonomic cab design helps maximise operator productivity.

The four powered stackers, two with fixed support arms (SRE135 and SRE160) and two with elevating support arms (SRE135L and SRE160L), are available with lift heights up to 6300 mm.

Load capacities of 1350 kg and 1600 kg are available. For stackers with elevating support arms, double pallet handling is possible for lift heights up to 1500 mm. The load capacity is 675 kg + 675 kg for the SSE135L and 800 kg + 800 kg for SSE160L.
