The powered pallet truck is the real work-horse in most storage and distribution systems. Requirements vary, however, and for that reason different types of trucks are needed for work to be done cost-effectively. Trucks used to load and unload road vehicles differ, for example, from those used for long-distance transportation in warehouses.

W-series The BT Levio LWE130 is a compact walk-with pallet truck that provides safe, easy horizontal pallet movement in low-intensity applications. Whether transporting goods in an office, retail store, print shop or similar operation, the BT Levio’s light 250 kg weight, compact size and 1300 kg load capacity make it ideally suited for a wide range of uses.

The BT Levio’s easy-to-use controls, ergonomic steering and maintenance-free batteries with built-in charger are designed for operators with all levels of experience. Optional in-vehicle charging makes this electric pallet truck perfect for use on lorries, too.

All BT Levio LWE 130 pallet trucks features the unique BT Castorlink system for optimum stability. The Castor wheels rotate within the truck’s body profile, providing added safety for the driver and load.

W-series The BT Levio LWE140 walk-with pallet truck is a part of the BT Levio W-series for walkie applications. BT Levio LWE140 trucks are compact, easy-to-use, and equipped with efficient AC drive motors and the BT Powerdrive system. The design, with rounded body contours together with a 5-point wheel configuration, ensures operator comfort and safety. 3-wheel version is also available.

The central placement of the tiller arm and the handle’s controls provide excellent ergonomics for the operator, ensuring maximum productivity and safety. The walk with pallet truck is ideal for low-intensity applications in smaller shops and warehouses. Thanks to its robust design the truck can also be used in heavy applications such as vehicle loading and unloading.

BT Levio LWE140 is equipped with Click-2-Creep, a creep speed function that allows driving with the tiller arm both in the normal and in the upright position. This function allows easy manoeuvring in extremely confined areas such as the back of lorries.

P-series The BT Levio LPE240 with BT Powerdrive is an exceptionally heavy-duty ride-on pallet truck with a load capacity of 2400 kg and a top speed of 12 km/h. The spring-loaded folding driver platform and foldable side guards are designed for very tough applications or where significant transport distances are involved.

For added driver safety and comfort, the BT Levio LPE240 can also be equipped with optional fixed safety guards or a fixed backrest.

In very demanding operations, the LPE240 can accommodate 620 Ah batteries that are the same width as the truck, keeping the chassis compact for better manoeuvrability. The larger battery capacities combined with easy sideways battery exchange makes the BT Levio LPE240 suitable for multi-shift operations.
